Anoucha Galeazzi is a professional coach and PNL practitioner whose field of expertise is human resources and systemic representations.
After her training at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, she initially took up various posts of general interest and then worked as human resources manager in the services sector (tertiary), as well as in different areas of the humanitarian, health care and tourist industry.
She has spent the past eight years as independent consultant, advising national and international companies on human resource matters.
Her greatest assets are her managerial and organisational skills in the HR field, with multicultural and service companies. She is known for her pragmatic outlook and systemic approach of organisations. Her focus is on pratical solutions. She is a good listener and can at all times be trusted to come up with concrete and well thought out proposals.
